How It Works
Find your dream property.
Look through our list of wonderful properties and find one that you like. Then just pay the $500 deposit to make sure that no one else can purchase it.
Sign the purchase agreement.
Once we have your deposit, we’ll draw up a purchase and sale agreement that outlines the terms of the sale and send it to you to be signed and returned to us.

After we receive your signed purchase agreement, we will pass it along to a local title company to do all of the necessary paperwork and close the deal.
