General Questions

We are in the business of buying and selling land.  We don’t invest in land and wait for it to appreciate.  We buy it at fair price and then we turn around and sell it at a fair price.  It’s a win-win situation for both buyer and seller.  We don’t have to hold a bunch of inventory that ties up capital and you get an amazing deal so you can start building your dream.

No, all our fees are outlined in our contracts with you, so everything is transparent. We don’t charge you a fee for doing business with us. The only fees you will pay are the standard costs associated with buying land such as closing costs and title insurance.

Financing Questions

The simple answer is… anyone!  There is NO application process and we don’t do credit checks.  If you can afford the down payment on the piece of land you want to purchase, you qualify for owner financing.  No questions asked!

Yes, you are free to use the land while you are making payments on it.  However, we ask that you not make any improvements to your piece of land until you have completed your final payment and taken title.

Legal Questions

Part of our guarantee is that you will never encounter back taxes or liens on any property that we sell.  You can have confidence that we always ensure that all taxes are current and the title of the property is free and clear of encumbrances.
